Records are safely packaged and the shipping method used is very reliable, however, in case of failed delivery attempts items may not be returned to us. We kindly ask that you make sure the address is complete before making your order and the post will be able to deliver the package at the address you provided even in your absence. For customers outside of the UK please note that taxes on imports and other additional fees may occur.
